Celtic Cross boasts a roster of 23 pipers and drummers form the greater Danbury and New York state areas. Our membership is made up of men and woman from a broad range of backgrounds, jobs, and pipe band experiences. Each musician demonstrates a commitment to the art of piping and drumming by dedicating considerable time, travel and expense to pursue his or her love of Celtic music and culture. The band uniform consists of summer and winter military outfits for parades and Argyle jackets and ties for concert engagements.

The band is lead by Pipe Major Sean Lyons and Drum Major Dan McKee. Every Thursday evening you can find us rehearsing at the Elks Hall Auditorium on Main Street in Danbury. We invite any prospective drummer or piper to drop by and meet the band. We continually recruit experienced and novice musicians to join and grow musically with the band.
